Windows Live One Care Firewall Setup.
Open the Windows Live OneCare.
From here you want to open Change Settings
Basic Setup
Click advanced then the following dialog will show.
In this dialog, you can Allow, Block and or Add software that is installed on your pc. To Add a program to the exceptions list you simply click *Add*.
Once you have selected the EXE to allow you now can Allow or Block it in your Exceptions window.
Advanced Setup
You have the ability to set ports and range to do this you click Advanced then select the ports and protocols tab. Now you want to click Add.
Like for eg: GameSpy Requires Application: GSA1 External port: 6667 Internal port: 6667 Protocol: TCP As listed on http://findports.com/document.php?id=1
So name it GSA1 and set the port range to 6667 and for connections you will want to set it as "Both Local Ports" or what is required Inbound/Outbound/Both to the software and or game.
Hit Apply and check the box in protocols to enable it.
